Sales Manager, based out of Market Harborough, Leicestershire

We are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager into the Northern trading area.

You will promote, develop and maintain profitable sales of Countrywide Specialist products and services, ensuring that you achieve or better agreed sales targets.

Calling agreed ledger customers regularly you will also work closely with local store-based Agricultural and Equine Specialists to develop your personal ledger.

To join our team you will have specific relevant sales experience; a fundamental understanding and working knowledge of Countrywide's range of products; and a strong empathy for the rural community and their values. Equestrian Specialist in Training based at Thame, Oxfordshire

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and act as an ambassador within the store for your department. You will monitor competitor activity and product developments, and develop and manage relevant in-store campaigns and equestrian events and promotions to increase revenue and profitability. You will assist the Store Manager to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including the AMTRA code of practice, as well as monitoring stock availability and merchandising displays.

On appointment, you will embark on our in-house training programme to become AMTRA qualified which will allow you to advise on and sell animal medications.

You must be passionate about the rural community, possess basic equestrian knowledge, and be an accomplished retail professional.

B2B Business Support Manager, Head office, Evesham

The B2B Business Support Manager role is key to the success of the B2B business within Countrywide. You will support the Sales Director (B2B) to ensure everyone involved in selling the B2B product range has a clear sales brief, appropriate promotions and tools to carry out their roles. Products include Agricultural and Equestrian range, so knowledge of these products is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with advanced computer skills, and knowledge of sales forecasting/marketing. B2B Buying Assistant at Head Office, Evesham, Worcestershire

We are looking for a Buying assistant to assist the Product Manager in maximising the long-term profitability of the equine category of products, whilst achieving annual budgeted sales, gross margin, terms and supplier incomes. To develop a clear understanding of the equine product category and market place and support the review of product ranges in order to meet the needs of Countrywide customer segments. To establish excellent key stakeholder relationships working cross functionally to support key buying processes including range reviews, promotional planning and competitor analysis.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate with accurate data input ability. You will need to be action orientated, taking initiatives and addressing problems logically. Experience of working in a buying team is preferable, but not essential.
