Credit Controller, based at Head Office, Evesham, Worcestershire

We have fantastic career opportunities for a Credit Controller within our Credit Control team to maximise cash flow and profitability of the Company through effective debt collection and credit risk processes.

Responsibilities will include creation of all new credit accounts, taking out appropriate credit checks (Experian) to support credit account applications, review of credit limits based on information available and working with Sales and Customer Services Centre colleagues to ensure credit is only extended profitably and is received to agreed terms.

Equestrian Specialist in Training based at Liphook, Hampshire

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and act as an ambassador within the store for your department. You will monitor competitor activity and product developments, and develop and manage relevant in-store campaigns and equestrian events and promotions to increase revenue and profitability. Quality Control Coordinator, Defford, Worcestershire

We are seeking a Quality Control Coordinator based at our Defford distribution centre in Worcestershire.

Your role will be to manage the quality audit process for all new and ongoing products to Countrywide, including initial verification checks of product, barcodes, packaging, or labelling and associated reporting and follow up. Managing the supplier return process for non-compliant of defective products returned by customers or stores through DDC. By working closely with Product managers, Merchandisers, DDC and store teams you will ensure that anyone involved with the quality control process is operating to agreed policies and procedures.

A background in product and/or supplier quality assurance is preferable. You will be setting up and embedding new QC processes, working with suppliers to develop best practice and improve performance. Excellent communication skills with an ability to be able to collate, analyse and report on results will be key.
