Relief Store Manager covering the North region of Countrywide retail stores

We are seeking to recruit a Relief Store Manager for our Countrywide stores in the North region. To actively support the Regional Manager and other stores when and where required.

Agricultural Specialist in Training based at Salisbury, Wiltshire

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and act as an ambassador within the store for your department. You will monitor competitor activity and product developments, and develop and manage relevant in-store campaigns and agricultural events and promotions to increase revenue and profitability.

You will assist the Store Manager to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including the AMTRA code of practice, as well as monitoring stock availability and merchandising displays. On appointment, you will embark on our in-house training programme to become AMTRA qualified which will allow you to advise on and sell animal medications. You must be passionate about the rural community, and possess basic agricultural knowledge.

LPG Cylinder Sales Person based in Worcestershire/Herefordshire/Shropshire

We are currently looking to recruit a confident and well organised Field Sales Person. You would be responsible for selling LPG/Energy products to new and existing customers, particularly LPG Bulk / cylinders, across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire. Achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high standard of support to the LPG team and its customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a dynamic market leading business. Reporting to the LPG Cylinder Development Manager, you would be tasked with promoting our LPG/Energy products, identifying and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy, developing relationships with existing as well as new customers, and providing the best possible level of customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills developed within previous B2B or B2C roles, and will be skilled in maximising margins and meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets. A background or interest in the rural community would be a distinct advantage, as would basic knowledge of the LPG/Energy market, although full training will be provided. We would also ideally prefer someone with a strong knowledge of the Worcestershire area.

You will be IT literate and able to organise a varied workload and interact confidently with a wide range of people both internally and externally. You will be a confident, personable, and outgoing individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team.

Agricultural Retail Advisor/Feed Store Assistant based at Liskeard, Cornwall

We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Agricultural Retail Advisor to support our in store sales and work closely with your Agricultural Sales Specialist and Farm Sales Manager by passing on relevant leads to ensure a coordinated sales approach.

Multi Channel Customer Service Advisor, Head Office, Evesham, Worcestershire

We are looking to recruit a confident and competent Multi Channel Customer Service Advisor. You would be tasked with providing a range of customer service functions, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

Property Refit Coordinator based at Evesham, Worcestershire (Inc. Field based)

We are currently looking for a property refit coordinator to join our field based team.

The role of property refit coordinator will be required to implement company merchandising standards, assist with plans during refits and be heavily involved with the opening of new stores. The key responsibilities for our property refit coordinator are to be proactive in developing solutions in terms of merchandising, and to be effective and efficient when producing displays as laid out by the planogram. You will be able to seek ways for improving displays, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to meet deadlines, good numerical skills and someone who is able to work well on their own, as well as within a team. It is essential that you have a full UK driving license, as the role will require travelling to different sites, and include overnight stays.
