Clothing & Footwear Buyer based at Head Office

We are currently looking to recruit a confident and intelligent Buyer to be responsible for selecting, purchasing and delivering a profitable range of country clothing and footwear into store. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you would be expected to develop a clear and thorough understanding of the clothing and footwear market, provide a balanced, new, and profitable range for customers, and manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring delivery timings and store drop dates are consistently met.

The ideal candidate for the role should have experience in a fast-paced Purchasing environment and have a passion for retail and customer service. You will have a strong commercial awareness, and must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of improving sales and profitability. A good understanding of the country clothing market would be an advantage, as would strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

You will have excellent numerate and analytical skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative to strict deadlines. You will be a proactive and forward thinking individual, well organised, comfortable working to deadlines and able to prioritise a varied workload, with strong communication skills, written and verbal. IT proficiency, with particular MS Office competency is essential.

Sales Executive covering the South

We are seeking a Sales Executive to be responsible for selling a range of LPG/Energy products to new and existing customers across Salisbury, Winchester, Warminster, Marlborough, Newbury and Hampshire, achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high standard of support to the LPG team and its customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a dynamic market leading business. Reporting to the LPG Product Manager, you would be tasked with promoting the company’s range of LPG/Energy products, identifying and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy, developing relationships with existing as well as new customers, and providing the best possible level of customer service at all times. In time you will come to be seen internally and externally as the complete LPG/Energy expert.

The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills developed within previous B2B or B2C roles, and will be skilled in maximising margins and meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets. A background or interest in the rural community would be a distinct advantage, as would basic knowledge of the LPG/Energy market, although full training will be provided.

You will be IT literate and able to organise a varied workload and interact confidently with a wide range of people both internally and externally. You will be a confident, personable, and outgoing individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team.

Gas Engineer, LPG based in Defford, Worcestershire

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Gas Engineer who would be based at our distribution centre in Defford, Worcestershire. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, you would be responsible for providing service and support for all LPG installations

You will respond to all fulfilment and emergency calls, provide technical support to both internal and external customers, carry out installations, perform risk assessments on current and prospective installations, as well as maintain the Engineering stores and carry out stocktakes as required.

You would be expected to represent the company in a professional manner, providing the best possible level of customer service at all times, as well as ensuring you are consistently in compliance with all Health & Safety, UKLPG, and company codes of practice.

The nature of the job will on occasion necessitate carrying out duties outside normal working hours, so a flexible approach will be required.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced Gas Engineer, qualified and registered with the Gas Safe Register, with strong diagnostic and repair skills. Experience with and knowledge of LPG appliances will be required, as will high levels of drive and enthusiasm plus a commitment to ensuring high standards of customer service are met and exceeded at all times.

You will be a results oriented and flexible individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an analytical approach to problem solving plus the ability to learn and implement new methods and processes.

Contract and Installations Advisor (Maternity Cover) based at Head Office

We are currently looking to recruit a Contract and Installations Advisor to cover Maternity Leave at our Head Office in Evesham. You would be tasked with providing a high standard of support to our LPG Gas Contract Management Team Leader and sales team.

You will maximise customer service by providing a comprehensive administrative and commercial service to our LPG Gas customers. Key tasks will include all administration tasks for LPG with a main focus on customer retention. You will develop up to date knowledge of the company’s products and use the CRM system to maintain accurate customer history and information. You should also be prepared to assist in any other functions of the team as requested.

Ideal candidates will be experienced Administrators who are computer literate.
