Sales Executive covering the South

We are seeking a Sales Executive to be responsible for selling a range of LPG/Energy products to new and existing customers across Salisbury, Winchester, Warminster, Marlborough, Newbury and Hampshire, achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high standard of support to the LPG team and its customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career within a dynamic market leading business. Reporting to the LPG Product Manager, you would be tasked with promoting the company’s range of LPG/Energy products, identifying and implementing an effective sales and marketing strategy, developing relationships with existing as well as new customers, and providing the best possible level of customer service at all times. In time you will come to be seen internally and externally as the complete LPG/Energy expert.

The ideal candidate for the role must be able to demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills developed within previous B2B or B2C roles, and will be skilled in maximising margins and meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets. A background or interest in the rural community would be a distinct advantage, as would basic knowledge of the LPG/Energy market, although full training will be provided.

You will be IT literate and able to organise a varied workload and interact confidently with a wide range of people both internally and externally. You will be a confident, personable, and outgoing individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week

We are looking to recruit a confident and competent Customer Service Advisor. You would be responsible for providing a range of customer service functions, ensuring that customer service standards are met whilst ensuring that sales are maximised across the full range of LPG products.

Regional Administrator based at Head Office (Temporary)

We are seeking an excellent Administrator to provide first class support to our Regional Managers. You will liaise regularly with store managers and head office departments to ensure that a thorough administration service is delivered. Deputy Store Manager Designate based at Bearley

You will be supporting the store manager to deliver the financial objectives for the store by recruiting and developing a team that provides outstanding customer service and exceptional retail standards.

As an experienced Deputy Manager you will be an enthusiastic, hard working and ‘hands on’ person who has the ability to really drive our stores forward.

You must have a desire to provide exceptional customer service and be able to motivate, lead and inspire others around you. Retail management experience is essential, but more importantly candidates must be business focused, results driven, energetic and have a real passion for what you do. An empathy with the rural community is desirable.

Hours of work are 38.5 per week which may include working alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
