Relief Store Manager covering the North region of Countrywide retail stores

We are seeking to recruit a Relief Store Manager for our Countrywide stores in the North region. To actively support the Regional Manager and other stores when and where required.

Agricultural Specialist in Training based at Salisbury, Wiltshire

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and act as an ambassador within the store for your department. You will monitor competitor activity and product developments, and develop and manage relevant in-store campaigns and agricultural events and promotions to increase revenue and profitability.

You will assist the Store Manager to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including the AMTRA code of practice, as well as monitoring stock availability and merchandising displays. On appointment, you will embark on our in-house training programme to become AMTRA qualified which will allow you to advise on and sell animal medications. You must be passionate about the rural community, and possess basic agricultural knowledge.

Agricultural Retail Advisor/Feed Store Assistant based at Liskeard, Cornwall

We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Agricultural Retail Advisor to support our in store sales and work closely with your Agricultural Sales Specialist and Farm Sales Manager by passing on relevant leads to ensure a coordinated sales approach.

You will be required to Provide customers, prospects and work colleagues with information regarding new products, service and development opportunities to maximize full sales potential. You will primarily be focusing on our Agri customers, as well as supporting other areas of the store including the feed room. Multi Channel Customer Service Advisor (Temporary) based at Head Office, Evesham

We are looking to recruit a confident and competent Multi Channel Customer Service Advisor. You would be tasked with providing a range of customer service functions to B2B and B2C divisions, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

You would be responsible for managing inbound calls to develop effective customer relationships. You will also participate in cross selling opportunities, promotions and campaigns as required by the business.

The ideal candidate for the position will be a patient, confident and articulate communicator, with experience providing a high standard of customer service in previous B2C and B2B roles. Previous experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry, plus an empathy with the rural community would be a huge advantage.

You will be a flexible individual with excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise your workload and use your initiative when needed. Centre Coordinator based at Newport, Shropshire

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Imports Merchandiser to join our buying team based in Evesham, Worcestershire.

Your role as Retail Imports Merchandiser will be to control the allocation and movement of store stock through initial allocation and ongoing replenishment, to manage the direct import function from factory exit to landed, manage category stock levels, and to achieve and exceed planned sales and margin forecasts.
