Every time you shop in-store or online you'll earn points on every pound spent – you can even earn on our energy products. When you've earned enough points we'll email you a voucher which you can redeem in-store.
Getting Started
Rewards is your loyalty scheme. So pick your favourite card image from the selection above when you apply and prepare to earn maximum rewards from every purchase you make in-store and online.
There are a number of ways you can apply for Rewards.
You can print out the form and take it into one of our Country Stores* and our store assistant will present you with your new card immediately.
You can complete the form online and your card will be sent to you in the post.
You can also print the form out and send it to the address below and your card will be sent to you in the post.

Make sure you present your card every time you make a purchase with Countrywide as we cannot backdate points.
Points Information
Countrywide Reward card points can be collected on almost everything* in your local Country Stores. You earn 2% of the value of every transaction you make. The more you spend the more you are rewarded. So, for every £1 you spend in store you will earn 2 points and each point is worth 1p in rewards. The minimum value of a voucher is £1. You will have to have spent £50 in the relevant issue period to be entitled to receive a voucher.
