We can deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland, however certain regions will incur delivery surcharges and certain orders may have restrictions. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and some Scottish Islands may take a day longer.
Please note that we do not deliver internationally.
Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
For larger items and bulk deliveries, you may incur higher delivery charges at the checkout. In these instances we will contact you to discuss alternative courier services which may reduce your delivery costs.

Click & Collect
Countrywide now offers the option to collect your purchases, free of charge, at any of our Countrywide stores.
Once you have placed your items in your basket, proceed to the checkout and select which store you would like to collect from.
Once your order is ready to collect, then you will recieve a call from your chosen store to confirm.
Doddle is a new service located at railway stations and major hubs throughout the UK, where you can now collect, send and return your Countrywide parcels, 7 days a week from early till late.
Please note that orders placed for collection from Doddle locations must not exceed 16kg in weight.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product that we have delivered, you may do so by either sending it to us or taking it to your local Countrywide Store.
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange providing:
- You provide proof of purchase for the goods being returned;
- The goods are returned to us within 28 days of being delivered to you;
- The goods are returned unused and as new, with their original packaging, unless they are faulty.
Please be aware that some items can't be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) if they are perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes food stuffs, animal feeds, animal health, riding hats and body protectors. Please ask at any Countywide Store for a full list.

Please note that Countrywide will only reimburse the cost of postage to return an item where there is a genuine fault with the item being returned.

Return of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
In accordance with the WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) regulations, Countrywide are full members of the DTS (Distributor Take Back Scheme) and now offer facilities for customers to return household WEEE for recycling.
