The EASY-CHANGE Gullet System is a revolution in convenience and comfort for horses and riders. It's a system developed to ensure that a saddle maintains the best fit for a horse by allowing riders to change a saddle's fit to suit a horse's changing shape. It allows you to alter the width of the head of your saddle to custom fit your horse's wither, in just a few minutes. This means you don't need to buy a saddle for every horse you own, and you don't need to buy a new saddle for a new horse. Available in six individual sizes.

We can deliver to any address in the UK, including Northern Ireland, however certain regions will incur delivery surcharges and certain orders may have restrictions. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and some Scottish Islands may take a day longer.

Please note that orders placed for collection from Doddle locations is only available for standard size parcels (approx. L 20cm x W 15cm x D 8cm) weighing under 16Kg.

There are 3 ways to return/ exchange an item:

  1. You can return it to your local store for a full refund. They will also be able to exchange the product if required as long as they have stock available.
  2. If the store doesn't have the alternative product in stock a new order will need to be placed either in store, online or via our customer service centre.
  3. Alternatively you can return the product via post/ courier to:

We will confirm receipt of the return via email to you and we will then process your refund. You will need to place a separate order for any alternative items required.
